Chenzhou Non-ferrous Metal Industrial Park of Hunan was a provincial-level development park established with the approval from the Hunan Provincial People's Government on April 18, 2003. It is the east district and industrial new city in line with Chenzhou's development program of "Stretching to the south and advancing to the east"(1995-2015).
